As a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and retired police officer, I hold a very special place in my heart for first responders and frontline workers.
After being medically retired from law enforcement in 2003, I immediately began my new career in real estate. After nine years of experience in real estate sales and working a variety of leadership roles, I decided to align my previous career and passion, with my new career, so I launched a no-cost rebate incentive program specific for active and retired first responders called Giving Back 2 Heroes. This program was put in place as a way for me to GIVE BACK to the brothers and sisters who I once worked with, or were somehow connected to through my previous two careers (military and law enforcement), and say "thank you for your service".
The program was launched in 2012 for local HERO clients who hired me and my team to represent them in selling or buying a home in our local market, and in return they received a a portion of our commission as a HERO BENEFIT in the form of a cash credit at the close of escrow.
Since the inception of the program, I have given back over $100,000 of my commission to our HERO clients, which I call HERO BENEFITS. This HERO BENEFIT is a true cash savings to the client and puts more money back in their pocket at closing. Our average HERO BENEFIT saves the client approx. $3,750 for each side of the transaction the HERO is part of.
Now, after 10 years of the program being in full-swing, and nearly 20 years experience in real estate, I want to extend my reach to helping more HEROES, not only in our own communities, but nationwide. So, I am adding HERO agents to my team, and aligning myself with HERO agent partners across other states, so we can offer the GB2H program to more people who serve our country and communities across America.
My goal is to continue to serve our local HEROES who work with us, but to also align my GB2H program with HEROES nationwide through our GB2H agent partners. Our GB2H agent partners share the same passion I do when working with HERO clients, are full-time real estate professionals and are vetted by me personally.
I am excited to be offering GB2H to as many HEROES across America and help them save money when selling or buying their next home.
I know we will not work with all the HEROES out there, but for the ones who choose to work with us or our HERO agent partners, they will be working with a team who is passionate about giving back!
My team and I do not take this program lightly. It was not put in place as a “marketing pitch” to drum up business.
Many of my team members have either worked in a HERO industry at some point, or have family members who do.

My passion for serving and giving back started at the age of 19 when I joined the military, and again at 24 when I became a police officer. After 13 years of dedicated service in law enforcement, my career was cut short due to an on duty injury. I was medically retired in 2003, at which time I started my new career in real estate.
In the nearly 20 years in real estate, my passion for giving back has never stopped, which is why back in 2012 I decided to align my previous passion of military and law enforcement with real estate, and launched my Giving Back 2 Heroes program. I wanted to once again align myself with the men and women who serve our country and communities on a daily basis, and giving something back as a "thank you" for what you do.
GB2H has been more of a local program for 10 years now, and was designed to benefit clients I worked with in my local market. Now, I want this program to grow beyond my local market. I want to align with other top agents across the country who have the same passion I do for first responders, and match them with HERO clients who want to take advantage of my GB2H program.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Step 1: Verify you are an active or retired HERO based on the industries listed below
Step 2: Become a client partner, either as a seller or buyer
Step 3: Enter and successfully close escrow in your local market
Step 4: Receive your HERO BENEFIT as a cash credit at closing
Step 5: Put more money in your pocket and hopefully rave about our service and program to others!
Step 6: Wait for a couple of special goodies to be delivered to you in the mail after closing.
Oh, and we would love to take a photo of you holding up our HERO check, showing the savings you earned.
*This program is offered through a real estate brokerage in California, so CA laws and lender allowed credits will apply with regards to how HERO BENEFITS are paid out when escrow closes. HERO Benefits may be restricted in some states.
